This is in support to my friend's Busby SEO Test
Well, I know he is far from an SEO expert but I think joining the Busby Search Engine Optimization World Cup 2 would be a good start to that goal.
Busby SEO Test invites all SEO experts, SEO practitioners, web developers, bloggers or just plain competitive individuals into optimizing a page based on the key phrase - Busby SEO Test. It is actually the company, Busby Web Solutions, second offering of an SEO test this year.
Given that this is an internet-wide seo test, I doubt if my friend would figure in the first 1000 entrants, much less compete for the 5000$ grand prize.
Well, dreaming is free and I admire his initiative to try a new career just like SEO. I hope this SEO test from Busby will inspire him to learn more about this craft.
Good Luck Buddy! More Power to Busby SEO Test Challenge!

Do People Win?
Understandably, a lot of
people are turned of by joining free sweepstakes online because of the
many scams that proliferate the web. The anonymity of the web plus its
inherent "turn-key" nature ( churning out a scam website in less than a
day) makes online sweepstakes a target genre for scammers.
said that - it begs the question: how about legitimate free online
sweepstakes ? " Do people actually win from free sweepstakes online?"
answer to that question is a resounding yes! A great number of real
people have won cash and prizes online. Sweepstakes online is just like
the traditional one. It is a marketing strategy to generate buzz about

has gained popularity through the years because it is convenient for
surfers to join. More often than not, joining is free and easy.

yourself why can't you be the next sweepstakes winner? There are
literally thousands of contests you can join especially if you're from
Canada or the USA.
Companies and corporations are always
cooking up promotions on the net as it gives them the chance to capture
your email and build a huge mailing list so that when they have future
offers and specials they can mail you and hopefully turn you into a
These corporations have big budgets and sometimes their contests can last for years!
caution though if the sweepstakes asks you to send in money. And never
give bank details or any other confidential information as these are
how scammers work. If you did not enter any contest and you get an
email that says you've won this or that amount - chances are it's a

I heard the sad news two days ago. My good friend Kuya Alex, reported that our investment is in peril. The president of the forex company which we invested has gone abroad, with him all the money of the company. I was flabbergasted. I felt the earth fall on me.
Kuya Alex just lost more than 800 thousand pesos. On my part, a cool 100 K. Not to mention the 50 K my girlfriend entrusted me with to invest. I have yet to inform her. And it pains me to hide the truth from her.
I have invested on that same forex company for the last two years. I started on a meager 20, 000 and was able to increase it to 100 K this year. It was all the money I earned in my stints in Japan. It was so reliable in the past that I trusted it with my future.
And now, this? At least Alex have a stable job with a multinational company while my girlfriend is already a regular employee. Me? I am a struggling web content writer.
As if this was not enough, my father got sick and was rushed to a nearby hospital. Good thing, I still have some savings that took care of the initial expenses of the hospitalization.
And then, there are bills due for tomorrow. I am really on the verge of despair.
Hope the ONE up there gives me the strentgh to pull through.

I set to look for an old blog here in blogdrive. Initially, I tried google but to no avail. So I went directly here at blogdrive. When the homepage displayed a login form, I tried to recover an account. So I started recalling to my mind some of the usernames and passwords that I might have used.
Here I am in what appears to be my truly first blog. One that has my name in its url and I created way back in September 2004.
The one I was originally looking for was created October of the same year and lasted for more than a month. That was the only blog so far that inspired me to diligently write an entry. The reason that I wanted to find it, is to be able to continue it. But since this account seemed to present itself, then so be it.
So, many have transpired since I signed up for this blog. But I think this is a better time cause I am now so interested into webdesign and webdevelopment. Proudly, I am part of two websites. Incidentally, I should have been working on one of them right now. Hehehe! [ I am sure my buddy won't mind coz I planned to work right after publishing this.]
So, here's to everyday blogging, again.
